If you do not like a class environment or want faster results, personal training is available to you. Each of our dedicated instructors will 
devote the time and attention necessary to meet your fitness goals.  Results may vary.

Group Classes

D Lion, we fuse cardiovascular and fitness training with boxing techniques that can be done at any level of skill or fitness. We employ proper boxing techniques with our workouts - stance, footwork, head movement, defense, counter punching, bag work and pad work.
